Description —Working closely with the leadership team to formulate and driving goals, strategies, policies and procedures. —Leading the Strategic Plan, Annual Budget and rolling forecasts for Easy Group. —Managing the planning, controlling and deviation analysis process across markets. —Actively managing the markets P&L (Sales, Price & Volume, Gross Profit and Operating Income) in order to achieve the financial targets and other relevant KPIs —Providing best in class financial advice to management for business decision-making. —Preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly reports required to Top management. —Creating timely reporting assessing risks and opportunities, pro-actively initiating top line and bottom line protection plans and monitoring their timely implementation. —Analyzing and validating on monthly basis the financial information provided through the Controllership team. —Strong business Partner to drive Stuff performance and realization of commercial opportunities by establishing strong business partnership with internal clients. —Providing analytic for pricing negotiation and Sales tender opportunities —Collaborating with IT in developing a long-term systems strategy to ensure that business systems & processes support the key strategic business objectives —Identifying and rolling out functional best practice globally: analytical tools, methodologies and thereby contributes to organizational development.
Qualifications -Bachelor Degree in a related Field -Previous experience in a reputable FMCG Company is as Must. -CMA Certified is a Must
