Description 1- Develop internal documents and documentation cycle 2- Check the samples before shipping it to the customer 3- Working on critical path and delivery schedule sheets(updating orders,styles,quantities,dates) 4- Follow-up scheduling and planning meetings 5- Provide a quarterly report to the senior account manager 6- Fulfill and send order confirmation to the customer of which is responsible 7- Carry on correspondence with customer 8- Act as interface between customer and production through planning 9- Obtain customers orders assuring a convenient feeding for factories and production 10- Transfer to technical area any customers feedback regarding quality and service 11-pricing for the new styles. 12-Follow up orders shipments 13-Receiving the samples orders from customers and follow up with the factory
Qualifications -Competent IT Skills in Microsoft Office -interpersonal skills -communication skills -customer service orientation
Gender Male
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
