Description     The primary responsibility of a IS is to provide overall system/network administration, maintenance and support. As well as to support the stable operation of the company in-house desktop computing and network computing environments. This includes providing escalation services to Sr. SAs and on ad hoc basis back-fill Reporting to Senior System Analyst or IS Manager, the role will also aid in planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and optimizing all network, computing hardware, software while ensuring minimal downtime for the region.
Qualifications    - Degree or accredited diploma/certificate in the field of computer science with at least 3 years equivalent work experience - Professional certifications MCP, MCSA or MCSE, CCNA will be highly regarded - A qualification in ITIL service delivery is desirable - 3 + years working technical knowledge of network, PC operating systems, including Windows based technologies.
