Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of IT Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Report, respond and resolve issues, customer requests and problems. Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g. procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware. Monitoring systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, and recoverability. ensuring systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency; Assure users have the right access to the authorized applications/modules in regular basis. Assure the right versions of modules/reports are used. Report any miss-using for responsibilities or user access to applications. Report any issues in the infrastructure that serves the applications under his supervision. Report periodic summary data processing for all users, modules, applications. Consulting with customers to identify and specify requirements. Analysing and refining systems requirements. Translating systems requirements into applications requirements. Test and debug programs according to detailed requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree experience in Information Technology including at least 3 years in IT Applications
