Description —Leading the following divisions: Casing Accessories, Casing Supply, Cementing Supply, Dope and Lubricants, Packers & Retainers. —Managing a portfolio of accounts. —Responsible for generating new business. —Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, compliance on client deliverables and revenue. —Meeting and liaising with customers to discuss and identify their requirements. —Handle related correspondences with vendors. —Responsible for issuing purchase orders. —Responsible for meeting sales target of the business unit -Design & manage the Business Plan & Budget —Follow up with operation department on the delivery of products or service and the progress of the projects —Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. —Reports to the General Manager, providing regular input on all accounts activity, including status and reports on a frequent basis. -Responsible for growing market share through cost/value improvements, market penetration, differentiation, market development, product line extensions, new product development and value proposition positioning.
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree of Engineering •Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in similar position •Minimum 2 years management experience •Client Base, Establishes Partnerships/Alliances, Prospecting Skills, Foster Teamwork, Planning, Building Relationships, People Skills, Initiative, Customer Focus, Emphasizing Excellence •Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
