Description manage the Quality/Continuous improvement Projects within Egypt to support Customer Satisfaction and Quality, manage cross functional teams, implement operational technique and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of dissatisfaction.
Qualifications Coach the teams to ensure that the organization is highly motivated and competent and lives the quality and process improvement culture. the candidate should have a business operations experience (preferably in telecom or FMCG) around marketing, customer segmentation and profiling, customer experience, customer journey map and the capacity to imagine and transform the current state into a desired state. Accordingly we need to accelerate the hunt for a suitable candidate. (Albert & I confirm that we need a profile as close as possible to Ehab Ghanem - lately recruited in MARCOM)
