Description Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner. —Troubleshoot Network and communication problems. — Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. — Troubleshooting hardware and software issues including IT-related equipments, operating systems, printing, installation, E-mail‡etc. — Monitor backup jobs and ensure high level of completion success rate. — Maintain hardware and software contracts and agreements and payments.
