Description Schedule, implement and deliver new triple play customers internet, data and voice and video technical solutions Handle customer Premises Equipment (CPE) configuration such as (Routers, modems, Set-top boxes, Switches, voice IP phones and wireless equipment) Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments such as customer services offices , network services operations , warehouses to ensure the smooth customer delivery Visit triple play customers if needed to complete installation or to troubleshoot a problem Escalate any critical technical problems during delivery or support cycles to the team Leader to help and recommend solutions Coordinate with Network services operations Teams to change/replace up and running customers configuration/hardware Prepare and run lab tests for any new features or equipment under supervision of the team leader and supervisor to ensure there is no technical issues before installation them at customer site Perform professional level of troubleshooting during support cycle from physical layer to services layer on both customer side and backend systems side.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in computer science or computer engineering. • Excellent communication skills. • 0-2 years of experience • Owning a car is a must .Giza Residence is preferable
