Description - Provide after sales parts support of the required standard and achieve the parts sales target - Receive customer inquires and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues - Conduct all transactions with customers. - Ensure stock accuracy of parts in the location and ensure that the required parts availability is maintained through timely replenishment from central warehouse - Ensure that all the parts sold and issued in serviceable condition and suitable for their intended use - Follows-up on back orders, and provides customers with timely information on the status of back-ordered parts, and ensures order delivery to the customer on the promised date - Submit a report on lost sales
Qualifications * Bachelor Degree * 0 - 3 Years of experience * Automotive or spare parts experience will be an asset * Ability to identify parts from parts catalogues * Excellent Communication Skills * Ability to gain competence in the stock control systems used
