Description —Diagnosis & solve technical problems ‘Repair, Overhaul, or adjust vehicle brave system–. —Repair, Replace or adjust defective Fuel Injectors, Carburetor Parts, & Gasoline Filters. —Examine vehicles, Compile estimates or repair costs, & determine extent of damage. —Act as backup to service centers to support technical problems as needed. —Follow up the outcome of Workshop Service measures in terms of Customer Satisfaction & revenue. —Responsible for developing and organizing in-depth technical training for our products. —Ensures new training methodologies incorporated into training approach Requirements —Delivers Training Programs / Modules based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule —Ability to explain technical information that is easily understood by others who do not have a mechanical background —Interacts and communicates with management across all lines of the business regarding customer and vendor concerns
Qualifications •B.S. Degree of Engineering Automotive. •Fluent English language skills. •Very good presentation skills •The ability to work under pressure. •Very good Communication Skills. •Strong analytical & problem solving skills. •Very good in using MS Office (Word – Excel – Outlook). •The ability to prioritize multiple projects.
