Description - Assisting GM to conduct all companys administration activities in a professional way - optimize the GMs time efficiently by arranging meeting, mission, schedules and calls. - Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences - prepare a minutes of meeting and distributed on time - guarantee the efficiency of the document retrieval system for the Department - filling & guarantee the security of all confidential documents of the Company - ensure all required reports / presentations are provided on time and in a professional manner. - recruiting, and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required - Respond to public inquiries - Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
Qualifications She should be living in Dubai for at least one year. - B.SC. Commerce, B.A. business administration, B.A. arts or any similar certificate. - Excellent English is a must, French language is an asset. - excellent English typing. - excellent computer skills & excellent knowledge of Microsoft office. - Experience from 3-9 Years in office organization & filing systems. - Fast, self-motivated, and organized. - Excellent communication skills - has her own residence
