Description The Regional Sales manager is a member of the commercial team MEAF. He reports to the commercial Director of MEAF, and works with customers in North and West Africa , the regional sales team, the product managers , the SIP Market development team and the application development team to deliver sales growth in the region. The scope of the role includes a) Owns sales revenue for his area b) Responsible for building customer relationships to identify and create new application and share shift opportunities in his region c) Identifies product portfolio requirements for key markets and customers to enable future sales growth in his region d) Identifies and translates customer needs into the development of new applications and products to enable revenue growth e) Drives target build in his area to drive sales growth
Qualifications • Cross functional experience. • 5+ years Sales experience. • Technical and Marketing experience in Chemicals / Plastics Market.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills • Good interpersonal, business and sales skills. • Proven ability to work effectively in various regional and global cultures. • Fluent in English & French • Strong customer and communication skills
