Description Plan and prepare regular and special sampling plans in accordance with PMI methods and guidelines, in order to meet the expected quality level. Follow up the implementation of regular and special sampling plans. Achieve the annual objectives established during the annual performance evaluation process MAP. Initiate and follow up the necessary actions to ensure reliability of the analysis performed by the laboratory. Continuously monitor the results and analyze them. Initiate and conduct the market survey activities, prepare reports and make proposals for improvement. Analyze material/product related quality issues and participate/advice in the decision making process on this matter in order to enable timely corrective actions. Initiate and coordinate improvement projects in order to increase quality level. Analyze consumer complaints and provide solutions for improving the manufacturing processes. Analyze inter laboratory comparison tests by mean of statistical methods, pro-actively act to improve performance of the laboratory. Consolidate reports and present them to the management team and relevant departments. Lead the activity of on hold materials/products analyzes and follow up the implementation of proposed decisions. Initiate, prepare testing plan and coordinate tests and prototypes for all situations when a blend needs to be qualified. Coordinate manufacturing trials and issue test report. Prepare and conduct tests for materials/machine qualification.
Qualifications · University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering · 2-5 years of experience in a similar position (FMCG is strongly recommended)
