Description — Daily monitoring and ensuring the adequacy of sales invoices issued by Agents commercial department on behalf of company. — Daily control over cash & checks collection of related sales invoices. — Controlling and ensuring correct serial of collection receipts issued to customers. — Perform a daily adequate filing process for the cash receipts and related sales invoices. — Perform a daily cross check of sales and collection reports. — Maintain the ‘In Transit– account to properly allocate its content to required bank accounts. — Produce weekly and monthly reconciliations to Transit Accounts (Banks & Cash). — Review monthly bank reconciliations. — Review and monitor daily petty cash reports. — Monitor the daily transactions and control of Banks, Cash and A/R Ledger Accounts. — Produce daily Banks status, cash availability and projection reports. — Organize daily payments & funds. — Perform the best utilization of cash availability in relation to the actual and projected collections and payments. — Perform daily and monthly necessary journal entries. — Ensure adequacy, completion of records and approvals. — Posting all bank & cash transactions. — Follow up all activities related to Letters of Guarantee, such as issuance, cash coverage, bank charges and dates of renewal. — Produce weekly A/R, Ageing and Credit Control Reports. — Monthly maintenance to related ledger accounts (Banks, Cash, A/R, Transit)
