Description Translate overall sales plans and strategies for own area to maximize current and future sales. Ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and deployment. Identify objectives and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Achieve and exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget Manage the structuring and closing of deals with customers Expand customer portfolios through cross and up selling. Monitor and report the progress of implementing major segment sales initiatives Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; Maintain contacts with the major segments of the industry for the continuation and promotion of Sporticas Portfolio and driving sustainable profitable growth. Build on existing relations and identify and initiate new sales opportunities, Account retention Utilize cross-functional resources to deliver an integrated set of solutions to immediate customer problems. Collaborates with GM to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. To keep updated on current markets trends and competitive activities.
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Experience & Skills University degree or higher, preferably with Engineering Background. +7 years working experience in the field of sales in Construction, Trade Contracting or Building Materials Field. Understanding of the market and competition (B2B)
