Description     — Organize the collection process between the customers and collectors through organizing the suitable dates and times for collections. — Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales — Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries — Resolve customers issues related to their accounts/ invoices and coordinate with other departments ”if needed-. — Investigate and evaluate customers credit requests to decide whether to a new credit is to be granted based on predetermined standards. — Set up and maintain customer files — Present daily and monthly collection reports to direct manager. — Achieve personal/ team targets.
Qualifications      University Degree  At least one year experience in similar job Excellent Computer Skills (MS Word-MS Excel- Acrobat Reader). Ability to produce reports using Excel and words.
