Description Preparation of variation requests, claim documentation to and from the Employer and Consortium Partner as applicable. Overseeing the preparation of monthly progress reports and supporting documentation. Ensuring timely and prompt service of all notices required by the Contract. Suggest contractual actions wherever they may be necessary or desirable in the interests of the Company and ensure their implementation once approved. Assist in the preparation of the companys project procedures and steps of validation. Reporting functionally to the Project Manager. Develop knowledge of and follow up the relevant parts of the Contract, complete understanding of contractual obligations, rights, liabilities and risks.
Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering. 5 to 6 years in the same or relevant role. Good command of English & Arabic. French would be an asset. Good use of PC & reporting skills
