Description 1) Follow all clinic safety and security policies and procedures. 2) Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. 3) Welcome and acknowledge all patients according to clinic standards. 4) Anticipate and address patient service needs. 5) Assist individuals with disabilities. 6) Speak with others using clear and professional language. 7) Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. 8) Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. 9) Respond promptly to requests from patient and other departments. 10) Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area. 11) Enter patient rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. 12) Replace patient amenities and supplies in rooms. 13) Replace dirty linens with clean items. 14) Clean bathrooms & Remove trash. 15) Straighten clinic items, furniture, and appliances. 16) Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings. 17) Ensure patient satisfaction with friendly service. 18) Reports suggestions and complaints by patient.

Education major Tourism
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills 1) Presentable and well groomed. 2) Average Communication skills in English for reading, writing and understanding. 3) Acting in line with the organization’s core values. 4) Building relationships & fostering teamwork. 5) Customer Focus.
