Description Develop the various projects contracts (Main supplier, Local manufacture & Erection, Electrical, Civil‡.etc) Align/coordinate directly with the external Legal consultant for Contract validation Negotiate the Contract with the Supplier prior to signature Administrate the contract & ensure the full compliance to contractual terms along the project Finalize the contracts including the claiming and counter claiming issues Validate any deduction/bonus to the contractor in coordination with the project manager
Qualifications Engineering background with around 10years experience, 5 years out of them working in a similar nature job. Fluency command of English. Good awareness with business legal aspects is a plus High negotiation skills
