Description Required for Real Estate Company urgently: To manage, develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet objectives set by the organization. Responsibilities — Translate company objectives and strategies to build the brand equity and awareness, facilitating business growth. — Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing strategic plan. — Assist Business Development, Investor Relations, Project Managers and PR communication needs and activities. — Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. — Manage the productivity of the marketing plans, agencies and suppliers. — Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. — Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. — Liaison with media and advertising. — Work with other department managers. — Fully integrated plan incorporating marketing, sales and technical objectives. — Ensure that the department meets company goals.
