Description — Provide the technical (development) and business managers with a vision of the project objectives. — Responsible for near to precise estimation for RFP, projects and defining deadlines. — Accomplish projects within the specified deadline and the required budget. — Negotiate with the third party vendors for the project requirements and project close out. — Scheduling and planning (Time planning) for software projects delivery phases — Prepare software project risk management — Reporting earned value for project at every given interval — Monitoring mental and psychological fitness of team members — Provide team leadership and coaching for the key project members — Work in accordance with top management team for defined strategic and business initiatives. — Provide demos and training for released projects — Maintain and coordinate project logistics including overtime & vacation alerts. — Motivate and inspire team members for specified projects within the assigned budget. — Outline the responsibilities of different parties including customers, technical & business managers, project teams and vendors. — Develop and execute on-going improvements to all processes related to team as well as department opportunities. — Provide, review & approve the accuracy and efficiency of time sheets to enable identification of project costing & support overall company planning and ensure reporting it the HR department on time. — Hire, train and develop staff performance. — Assign each employee a development plan to help them improve performance & support organization success. — Ownership of own performance and setting a development plan to meet company objectives. — Support the performance management scheme by setting objectives, participating in performance reviews and building a personal development plan. — Plan, direct and coordinate own and teams certificates and courses required to be accomplished to improve performance and support companys success.
Qualifications • BSc. in Information Systems/ Software Engineering • PMP Certified Experience: • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager. • 2-3 year s of experience troubleshooting complex problems in a technical environment • Worked on large tenders for mission critical projects. • Handled at least 3 major implementation within Microsoft Custom Development SharePoint projects.
