Description 1-Developing the companys Organizational Charts annually with line managers considering organizational & departmental objectives. 2. Designing & conducting the job analysis process starting with questionnaires and ending with candidates Interviews. 3. Formulating the job analysis for all new jobs according to organization charts 4. Formulating the job description product and an individual KPI sheet for each job. .Planning & executing for The job mentoring process across various organizational functions. 5. Following up the employees Suggestions & Complaints System to enhance Employee Engagement. 6. Developing and monitoring the execution of the Transfer and Promotion policies and follow up on Employees Induction Period. 7. Designing induction plan and implement 8. Conducting the job profile process to determine the functional competencies, behaviors and motives of behaviors 9. Preparing, coordinating and holding Presentations, Parties & Facilities 10. Responsible to make analysis for employee effective survey to evaluate and making recommendation report 11. Have experience with performance management (Preferred)
Qualifications - Business Bachelor Degree - Excellent English - HR Certificate from accredited university
