Description     Receives and places telephone calls. Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Performs data entry. Further, may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential. Excellent communication, customer service and alphanumeric data entry skills are required. Setting and managing the implementation of the Training Schedule. Managing the attendance for all clients. Designing and developing training programs based on both the organizations and the individuals needs. Evaluate and keeping training materials updated. Solving the clients problems by reviewing all major deliverable to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
Qualifications    Good command of English and Arabic Good computer skills to include: using our in-house software, MS Office, emails, internet research The ability to work under pressure The patience to work with problem clients This position requires a hard worker that is able to commit their time Customer care: arranging the clients schedule according to their needs. Delivering materials and certificates to the clients. Register to clients and introduces our courses and services. Be graduated from University or High Institute, Have a good command of English, Present excellent communication skills, Provide a certificate for completed or postponed military service for ( Male ), Flexibility for rotating shifts Have a residency in Cairo.
