Description — To establish maintain and operate a planning system in accordance with the planning procedures, providing a consistently high level of service — To effectively and professionally lead the planning function on multiple live projects (residential, extra care, mixed use) ensuring the production teams are delivering the project time objectives — Working as part of operation team, but with dual role as independent assessor of progress, giving confidence in project status to senior management — Ensuring compliance with all current Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements — Agree with Project Team the level of planning service and anticipated time allocation to provide that service — Hands-on planning preparing, in conjunction with operation team, optimum working programs to meet project objectives covering design, procurement, enabling, construction, commissioning, handover, client key dates as appropriate — As necessary, monitoring and reporting progress against programs, suggesting mitigation actions were appropriate — Manage time and workload to ensure deadlines are met. — Highlight any potential work overload to Line Manager as soon as it is apparent
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Engineering • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar fields • PMP Certified or equivalent is a plus • Excellent spoken and written English • Proficiency in using the Computer Skills
