Description schedule the annual production plans for the plant through formulating the plant operations calendar, product mix allocation and utilization of equipment, in line with the performance targets and resources to be used through the year and achieve production target, Ensure/Run the Quality Management systems set for the plant operations following the applications of GMP, and all quality requirements as well as review and report on the major Key performance indicators for the production/quality functions, Sets up and run monthly and weekly production schedules in the various production phases/units to ensure that production targets are met as well as Report to the plant Manager on the progress, performance and results of operations, Control flow of materials and utilization of labor and machinery to ensure adequate production in order to fulfill the preset quality specifications, Plan and Implement all activities related to maintenance, repair of building, equipment, machine parts, and manufacturing supplies as well as proposes improvements in machinery and in manufacturing methods. Proceed periodical education training & information sessions for upgrading the staff as well as their Periodical performance appraisal, Ensure the Housekeeping, Hygiene and safety of the production facilities & staff through monitoring/correcting HSE practices in the plant as well as constant training of the staff on the requirements of the HSE Standard operating procedures, Handle all necessary troubleshooting, solving of problems & improvement of the technical operation as well as new projects installations and commissioning, Handles all equipment and weights calibration activities in the production facility as well as actual/operational weighing of raw materials according to the batch record ” SOP, Control the rejects, water loses, expenses & wastes to reduce the cost of the products as well as other operational areas of potential improvement,
Qualifications Bsc. Pharmacy Min. 10 years of experience in the same field
