Description 1- Provide updates or adjustments to the Project Plan when necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the Key Deliverable defined at the start of the Project. 2- Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials. 3-Develop reports and other deliverable as assigned by the Project Manager. 4- Initiate and maintain communications with internal and external customers including project collaborators and taskforce. 5- Maintain positive relationships with all customers and assist them with issues or concerns. 6- Follow up of internal and external correspondences. 7- Preparing MS Projects plan for all opened projects. 8- Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analysis to prepare business cases for projects. 9- The central point of contact to all open projects. 10- On site travel to provide expertise and care to key customers.
Qualifications 1- Minimum three years experience. 2- Good English command and language skills. 3- Basic skills in project management, the associated principles and tools. 4- Basic knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft SQL technologies. 5- Candidate must be disciplined and well organized. 6- Excellent communications and public relations abilities. 7- A good understanding of products business knowhow. 8- Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs is a good trait for a project coordinator. 9- Be able to work under pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes. 10- Educated to a degree level in a computer related system, with a demonstrated strong computer background, networks and technical ability. 11- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Products especially MS Project Server & Presentation tools.
