Description — A full time site engineer/ project manager for turnkey commercial and residential projects — Responsible for interior finishing materials and installation methods — Command and lead sub-contractors to meet delivery schedule — Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project — Explain plans execution and contract terms to project team, subcontractor, and conduct to facilitate meetings with clients representative, consultant; this include submission of progress reports to superior forecast any deviation in project budget — Monitor project schedule plans and critical; manage to forecast change/variation orders and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within the required quality standards
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Engineering is a must • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in similar fields • PMP Certified or equivalent is a plus • Excellent spoken and written English • Proficiency in using the Computer Skills • Motivated • Ownership of a car is a plus
