Description —Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility. —Develop; implement enterprise testing methodologies and processes. —Create test cases and procedure according to approved specifications. —Monitor and direct projects conformance with established QA methodologies and processes, and ensure that automated test suites are prepared for all projects according to established standards. —Testing methodology for all phases like Unit tests, test scripts, test cases, black box. —Perform QA for released projects. —Formulate test plans and scripts. —Interpreting and understanding system requirements for new and existing applications; writing test plans, scripts, and scenarios that adhere to requirements; testing applications and documenting results and bugs; creating automated test scripts using Quick Test Pro; working with engineers to understand and resolve bugs. — Provide support business analysts on the team in their diagnosis of issues and provide remediation solutions. —Identify system compliance points, the context, values, and processes for these compliance points; communicate compliance points to the business manager —Create and update Quality Assurance issues in the defect-tracking system. —Produce specification for test cases and procedures for most aspects of a product. —Ensure providing accurate, timely and promptly time sheets to enable identification of project costing & support overall company planning and ensure sending it the HR department on time. —Ownership of own performance and setting a development plan to meet company objectives
Qualifications •BSc. Computer Science/ Information Systems. Experience: •1-3 years Software Test experience (Some web based application exp. preferred). •Good command of English language. •Experience with automated test tools: Quick Test Pro, Load Runner & Win Runner •Software testing experience (including knowledge of software testing theory/techniques, and report writing) •Experience in the different stages of testing: Functional, Regression, Performance & Load •TQM, or a working knowledge of formal QA systems strongly preferred •Experience with .NET framework, Test Director, HL7 and load runner is preferred.
