Description — Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications — Specifying the nature and quality of materials required — Preparing tender applications and presentations — Preparing applications for planning and building control departments — Preparing tender documents for contracts — Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (BIM) applications — Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists — Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project — Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction — Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget — Supervise all architecture , electrical and mechanical works (HVAC , Firefighting , plumbing) — Prepare & follow up implementation plans for all mechanical units. — Supervise the technical office works — Supervise all technical office engineers to ensure efficient implementation works
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Mechatronic , Architecture) • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in similar fields • Experience in proposal or grant writing is an advantage • Excellent spoken and written English • Proficiency in using the Computer Skills • Familiar with (REVIT) is essential
