Description — Provide IT Technical support back office for all departments users PCs, Laptops Printers and Plotters located. This includes problem diagnosis and resolution. — Resolving all networking and computer based issues that include the simple administration of companys servers. — Creates and maintains company cabling layout. — Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. — Testing and evaluating new technology. — Manage backup process of company jobs.
Qualifications * Good Knowledge of Exchange server along with its required backup operation and Archiving. * Backup and restore administration. * Good Knowledge of Domain Forrest Infrastructure - Print Sever – File Server – Anti Virus Server . * General Knowledge of Microsoft servers installation , administration and migration. * Familiar with ( SCOM - SCCM – SharePoint ) Or Wiling to learn. * Technical support for remote offices. * Team Player . * Technically Updated.
