Description Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Develop full scale project plans. Provide technical leadership to team mates through coaching, and mentor-ship. Maintain high standards of software quality within team by establishing good practices, and habits. Identify, and encourage areas for growth, and improvement within team. Responsible for the collection, and documentation of users requirements, development of user stories, and work plans. Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentations on the status, operation, and maintenance of software. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs, and related code. Package, and support deployment of releases. Analyze, and resolve technical, and application problems. Apply quality assurance standards Assess opportunities for application, and process improvement, and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members, and other affected parties. Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time, and on-budget.
Qualifications College or university degree in computer science or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years experience as software developer ( PHP, Java, Mobile Application ) At least prior 2 years experience in a technical leadership position. Proven experience in people management. Proven experience in software project management. Holder of PMP (preferred). Critical thinking, and problem solving skills & conflict management. Decision-maker. Highly standards of team-works skills. Ability to tolerate stress. Strong oral & written communication skills.
