Description 1. Supervise the Communication support and Communications controllers teams in the performance of their duties and in the general execution of the day-to-day activities. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve PBX and data network problems escalated from Communications Support team. 3. Track and analyse fault histories in the long term resolution of intermittent problems. 4. Receive inquiries from different teams regarding current or planned projects and takes appropriate action to resolve problems or plan for upgrades. 5. Takes appropriate action to resolve problems or plan for upgrades upon inquiries Received from different teams regarding current or planned projects. 6. Analyse and ensure the reliability of the communications systems on a regular basis to provide highest level of performance, availability, and security. 7. Establish proper technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures for the Communication support and Communications controllers teams. 8. Assist in the selection and evaluation of products and vendors related to the voice or data network. 9. Develop training plans to enhance teams planning skills. 10. On-call in case of emergency.
Qualifications B.Sc. Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications or any other related field. Technical Expert level Certifications and training related to PBXs and data networks is a plus PMP (2), CCNP (1), MCSE (1) is a plus. High sense of customer service and ability to deal with customers.
