Description Implement and support the on site Group Policy. Ensure the Purchasing coherence with other sites and with the Group. Enforce and deploy the Group agreements. Responsible for the ethical purchase on site. Ensure the compliance of procedures Implement on site specific contract, Equipment maintenance and full service contracts. Establish a monthly on-site purchasing report, Following the objectives defined by the annual exercise. Warehouse and Inventory Management, Coordinate with the operational staff the appropriate level of inventory for materials and goods at site. Develop the necessary tools and processes to manage the inventory at site. Identify the earliest possible risks and opportunities of purchase on site. Check that the available documentation allows placing the order and controlling the supplied equipment. Maximizes the Companys added value within the supply chain to the client. Analyze technical specification, schedule, quality and contractual terms.
Qualifications Knowledge of purchasing processes and/or economic environment of the assigned purchasing domain. Minimum 8 years of experience in purchasing area.
