Description Maintains the computer operating networks, systems, hardware and software, ensures that they run smoothly and effectively, and provides technical support and advice to all employees/ users in a timely manner. —Creates and supports all employees official E-mail accounts, establishes and oversees all E-mail lists. —Installs and configures computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, etc. in a timely manner. —Analyze network data to determine network usage, disk space availability, or server function. —Responsible for all system backups. —Responsible for Internet and network firewall security. —Configuration and testing of all new features (involves training users, setting up of test cases and test scenarios) —Handles and supports companys website in terms of (maintenance, updates, etc.)
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ or equivalent. •From 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. •Preferred to be CCNA certified •Experience with MCSE or MCSA or MCITP certificates or any related Microsoft system administrator.
