Description 1. Responsible for the configuration and implementation of the new requests. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve PBX problems escalated from CCC. 3. Analyse and ensure the reliability of the communications systems on a regular basis to provide highest level of performance, availability, and security. 4. Responsible for the PBX planning, implementation, support and upgrades. 5. Track and analyse fault histories in the long term resolution of intermittent problems. 6. Handle and Follow-up on cases opened with equipment suppliers. 7. Receives inquiries from different teams regarding current or planned projects and takes appropriate action to resolve problems or plan for upgrades. 8. On-call in case of emergency
Qualifications • B.Sc. Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications • Technical Certificate or training related to PBXs and data networks • TCP/IP knowledge and basic knowledge of voice, routing and troubleshooting. • Configuration & Implementation of PBXs and data networks. • Troubleshooting methods in a mission-critical network environment. • High sense of customer service and ability to deal with customers.
