Description To manage and implement the brands marketing plan in the feminine hygiene category that is set with the regional marketing manager and in accordance with the regional brands strategy to analyze the market developments, following up closely on competitive activities, participate in the development of the brands positioning in the market, in terms of price positioning, portfolio , special activities, etc. communicate to the sales team the activities related to the brands and give them the needed support with their clients . Follow up on sales and distribution figures in accordance to set targets.
Qualifications BA degree in Marketing or any equivalent certification 5-7 years of FMCG industry work experience . At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial position Advertising background is an advantage Strong Interpersonal skills Strong Communication skills Strong Analytical skills Achievement Orientation Strong Sense of Team work Good managerial skills Strong Customer focus
