Description — Draft, negotiate and review contracts. — Negotiate real estate, procurement, and other commercial contracts. — Negotiate with defaulted clients. — Advise on wording of guarantees, undertakings, PNs, indemnities and letters of assignments. — Presenting the Company in front of the Government and 3rd parties. — Prepare legal memorandum and research legal issues — Revising daily documents making sure that all is legally accepted. — Follow up on outdoor legal service providers. — Litigation in front of Courts — Judgments enforcement on defaulting clients — Drafting and negotiating real estate, sourcing, and other commercial contracts — Managing the resolution of compliance issues and implementation of compliance programs.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree of Law. • 3 years of experience in Legal (Corporate & Litigation). • Master in Law is a plus. • Experience in banking or financial institutions is a plus.
