Description Responsible for coordinating all logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries. You will work with overseas vendors to create shipment planning schedules based on delivery date and ensure we are meeting our customers expectations. The Logistics Coordinator will track, trace and report the status of inbound volume and alert appropriate business partners if there are any discrepancies. You will audit all inbound documents and shipment invoices to ensure accuracy. You will work daily with our broker and customs compliance team to ensure clearance in a timely manner. The Logistics Coordinator will work with our deconsolidation center to ensure receiving, unloading and shipping is completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present data analysis findings to various organization levels. Effectively develops internal and external business partner relationships. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Very good in Microsoft word & Excel.
