Description Manage all production sections to meet the targets set by board of directors and the daily production plans. —Review and discuss with planning manager the yearly, monthly and weekly plans to create a leveled production plan within the companys capacity and set budget —Create and manage the budget for the production department —Find ways of reducing cost inside the department —Meet with production engineers of all sections to discuss the daily production plan —Discuss with production engineers their reports regarding the performance of the production lines and any deficiency from the set KPIs —Meet with engineering manager regularly to assess the performance of the machines and put a plan for preventive maintenance —Make regular internal audits in all production sections to ensure the set SOPs are being followed correctly —Make root cause analysis to solve any present issues —Prepare a weekly meeting with the related managers to discuss the root causes for any issues that prevented production from meeting the set KPIs —Ensure that all health and safety measures inside the department are being applied
Qualifications •BSC Degree in Engineering (Production)/BSC Degree in Science •Previous experience in factories / manufacturing field is an asset •The good knowledge of Quality procedures and good manufacturing requirements •6+ years of relevant experience
