Description —Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. —Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes. —Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring —Responsible for overall performance evaluation for the work done per quarter (revenue, invoicing, accrued revenue and cost). —Perform a cost analysis details and the ability of cost reduction. —Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work. —Perform project costing related reporting to the team and managements review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget. —Responsible for cost estimation and allocation for all in progress projects. —Responsible for revenue estimation and collection for all accepted (finished) projects per different milestones. —Study and compare the actual gross margin with the estimated gross margin which is calculated upon the estimate cost and revenue. —Perform all periodic (Weekly, Monthly & annual) Closure, and reporting to the head office on the tome and upon request. —Responsible for overall performance evaluation for the work done per quarter (revenue, invoicing, accrued revenue and cost). —Responsible for the profit analysis for each scope of work which reflects each departments performance and helps in evaluating each employee accurately. —Full responsibility for all the needed clarifications and illustrations may be needed from the External audit (Annual Task). —Perform a cost analysis details and the ability of cost reduction. —Take apart in evaluating the project control team. —Projects cash flow estimation.
Qualifications -5- 9 Years Of Experience. -Engineering background is a must. -Background with telecommunication companies is preferred. -Excellent ERP System background.
