Description 1) This position will report to the Regional Commercial Manager; 2) Assist in the preparation and the development of the country business development plan; 3) Assist in the implementation of the country business development plan, in respect of turnover, opening new markets, develop and execute short and long-term business development programs; 4) Maintain contacts with all levels of the company: clients, national and foreign government official representatives, competing firms, vendors, financial and professional groups, etc; 5) Assist in the proposal preparation; liaise with Business Development Division, Head office, on the preparation, submittal and follow up of proposals, expression of interest, pre-qualification etc. up to the contract signature. 6) Responsible for updating the data base of clients, associates, potential opportunities and projects; 7) Assist in the review and the appraisal of the proposal, in respect of operation effectiveness, economy and conformance with established standards of performance; 8) In charge of the production of the company promotional materials including newsletter, project summary sheets, curricula vitae, etc
Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering, preferable Civil/Mechanical specialization.
