• Responsible for recording all sort of daily financial transactions and maintain the accounting data updated & accurate in accordance with the accounting principles applied, under the supervision of the direct manager. • Collects, compiles and verifies all the financial information & accounting data received and prepare all the financial reports requested by the direct manager. • Reviews and registers custody on the accounting software. • Conducts on daily basis a treasury audit to ensure conformity with the balance of the treasury program. • Review all incoming procurement logs and ensure the validity of all the attachments whether local or imported. • Review the incoming custody from the factory which had been carried over and stamped with the final review stamp. • Review all the incoming check requests received from the factory, make sure that all the attachments meet the requirements and record them in the proper sheet. • Writing checks and make sure to send them at the specific time. • Review the sales invoices received from the plant and record them on the accounting software. • Follow up checks collection, record them on the accounting software and ensure the customers’ balance on monthly basis. • Ensure the compliance of all the attachments received and make a close follow up on all financial transactions. • Filling of all financial statements, attachments and documents properly in an easy to access manner. • Update and verify on periodic basis the fixed assets file and make a record including all the current fixed assets with their description. • Work on updating the system to maintain the assets covering the delivery and the receipt phases. And maintain a record showing every asset possession.
Qualifications •A Bachelor degree in Accounting /Finance. •Min 1 Year of relevant working experience. Preferably in a FMCG. •Good Command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages •Proficient in using Ms. Office package
