•ensure timely & correct accounting of financial documents in line with Ebreez Financial policies •Reviews accounts payables and accounts receivable. • Distributes monthly comparison reports •Assist with annual budgets. •Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information. • Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. •Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department. • Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. • support auditors during company audit •be involved in training new staff •ensure all payments are made on time
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have to be a Commerce and/or Accounting Graduate from a reputed University. You would also have a professional accounting certificate (Recommended). You will need to have a minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience as Senior Accountant / Supervisor/Section Head, preferably within travel & Tourism industry. You must be able to speak English. Good understanding of the local Egyptian laws and regulations (income and sales tax, social security, accounting principles) is highly desirable.
