•Provides technical support to the company users in order to secure the daily business operations and activities. •Creates new email accounts for new employees and installs the required SW and OS on different PCs. •Follow up and coordinate with IT service providers with respect to the required updates and maintenance of IT systems in the company. •Preparation of all required reports and present them on time to his direct manager. •Responsible for maintaining the existing data in the company’s devices and emails. •Searching for and negotiating with providers till reaching the best deals for the company in term of quality and cost. •Makes periodic reviews for the database to ensure the data security and backup. •Recommends improvements and development for the database policies.
Qualifications •College/University degree is required (Computer Science) •Fresh Graduate or one year relevant work experience in IT. •Proficient computer knowledge •Excellent Command of English (Spoken & Written)
