- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department . - Revising, audit all financial transactions and prepare all required adjustment entries. - Responsible for all cost centers, analyzing and assigning all transactions to each division. - Prepare financial statement analysis; including Balance Sheet & Income Statement information annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts. - Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records. - Provide information for internal and external auditors to facilitate audits of financial statements. - Maintaining and monitoring bank affairs including Bank reconciliation report to Financial Manager to check and verify bank balances and transactions on a monthly basis and prepare cash position reports of the bank on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. -responsible for preparing financial statements and statements of changes in equity for the bank. - Responsible for all tax issues including preparing monthly sales tax report, quarterly salary tax, withholding purchasing tax and finalizing tax settlement. -Handling any other accounting tasks as and when required
Qualifications - 3-5 years’ experience in similar field. - Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases. - Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - BS degree in Accounting or Finance. - Excellent analysis skills. - Good experience in all bank facilities. - Strong knowledge with all tax laws.
