1. Ensure customs clearance activities are performed in an orderly and accurate manner, constantly striving to exceed the budget. 2. Ensure new customs clearance opportunities are identified and developed 3. Ensure administrative tasks (invoices, accounting sheets, etc.) to be issued within 24 hours of job 4. Assist as necessary in reporting of customs clearance volumes and performance 5. Assist in continuously improving service levels 6. Assist in managing VAS subcontractors (including contracts, insurance) and improving subcontractors set-up 7. File closing max period 15 days otherwise reported. 8. Documentation, Consignee /suppliers Invoices & expenses sheets to be performed 2 days after job done otherwise reported. 9. Vendor evolution Monthly assessment to be conducted to analyze vendor performance.
Qualifications Position holder must have a college degree • 2 years of experience within customs filed is a must for job holder • Age should not exceeded 32 years for this job • Local applications awareness
