Inbound Transactions: To differentiate TNT’s service offering by providing customers with friendly and professional multi-channel communication during every inbound transaction and enquiry and to provide the customers with accurate information based on their needs. • Provide cash customers with accurate product and pricing information based on their needs. • Update cash customers with related marketing campaigns. Outbound Transactions: To follow up with cash customers in a productive and high quality manner. • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular customers’ updates on cash shipments • Ensure customer retention through regular follow up calls. Revenue Retention: To identify and act on cash selling opportunities to retain revenue, whilst providing suitable solutions to customers’ requirements. • Achieve assigned targets. • Conversion of price and transit time enquiries into bookings. • Sell the loyalty card for cash customers Reporting & Administration: To ensure transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate, complete and timely manner. • Remittance of cash to finance on daily basis in accordance with receipts and consignments • Proactively feedback to Sales & Marketing Management on opportunities to improve performance against standard process and service levels.
Qualifications Preferred Experience and Knowledge • Bachelor degree or equivalent. • One-year experience in a customer service environment, including selling responsibilities. • communicates effectively with customers and colleagues • ability to up-sell and convert enquiries. • Very good at using Microsoft office applications.
