To scan the market (assigned territory) for identifying and developing HVAC clients. * To respond to client inquiries on time which involves introducing appropriate Miraco Carrier products which meets the clients technical requirements and offering a tailor made solution. * To prepare an accurate, customer specific quotation, which is within the companys policies and guidelines and get necessary approvals from the Sales Manager. * To follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order on the company. * To process the order as per the nature of the job. When necessary co-ordinate with Sales Manager for initiating procurement of items/goods from Miraco Carrier factories/suppliers. * To follow up with suppliers to ensure that customer receives quality service with regard to delivery/job completion dates and the customer is satisfied. * To prepare the invoices on the customer as per the terms of the order and get the same approved by the Sales Manager prior to issuing it to the customer. * To be responsible for accurate preparation of all documents assigned to the incumbent. This includes sales orders, delivery forms, quotations, inquiry follow up reports, win/lost reports and weekly reports. * To inquire and appraise the Sales Manager on the credit worthiness and commercial viability of the customers prior to extending credit facilities to them. * To fully participate in implementing of company rules and procedures. * To provide efficient, courteous and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries
Qualifications Bsc. Degree. Good skills in sales

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
