About the Job:
We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Hr Executive for our Retail Divisional Unit in Egypt. The jobholder will lead and support employee relations and learning & development strategies for the business through effective coordination with the HR Business Partner and Line Managers. Focus on the development and maintenance of the company training plan and individual development plans to secure business competency and succession planning.
The job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Facilitate all orientation programmes for new hires and HR specific updates as well as handing out their business related induction packs and handle any related joining procedures.
Design and make available business-related induction packs with coordination with Senior HRBP and the training managers of concerned brands.
Lead the learning and development process in the company by working in a proactive way.
Responsible for maintaining the employees’ knowledge on current training initiatives and trends via external networking with the Al-Futtaim Learning Centre.
Train, develop, coach and mentor all employees in accordance with the AF culture and values. In addition to deliver localised training initiatives to support the store team.
Run frequent store visits to support employees and LMs as well as ensure effective and efficient work climate in place.
Support and coordinate of all management and employees’ development plans. As well as support Line Managers in executing development training for identified successors.
Maintain all administrative records related to employee training (Training Matrix) and control all administration related to training for the store.
Support the enrollment process for all training programs.
Follow up on Probationary reviews 1 month, 3 months and 5 months to be done and file the probationary forms in the store HR office in order to be easy to retrieve.
Produce all relevant KPI reports to help steer the business and ensure that all in-store office documents are archived properly to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary.
Handle the selection process and release of Employee of the month/year certificates.
Overall responsible for ensuring the new hires have their induction pack prepared and
Responsible for the production of the Quarterly HR publication.
As a Senior HR Executive, you must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management or any relevant discipline with at least 4-7 years of experience in a similar role - either L&D/ Generalist role . Previous experience in the retail field is preferred. HR Diploma is a plus.
