Description The SAP Business Analyst ensures that business needs are correctly taken into account from a functional point of view in the solutions and services delivered by the different IT teams (internal or outsource). Lead continuous process improvement efforts through research, data analysis, and problem solving and supporting IT department planning and projects. Manages SAP demands for a specific business area & business zone - Clarifies business needs and requirements expressed by Super Users or Key Users - Perform a first validation of request (look for alternative solution) - Promotes re-uses of existing solution within the GCS - Transform the user request/ideas into a understandable demand by internal or external partners
Qualifications - Challenges ideas from the users - Build business case - Challenges proposals and cost estimates from partner (internal or outsource) - Multicultural and open Minded - French and English fluent - Able to travel to the perimeter (Africa & Eventually Spain) - Analytical skills - Able to work in teams - Problem solving oriented mindset - Business understanding for Finance and Controlling - Able to transmit requirements, validate solutions and communicate efficiently to teams. - SAP Knowledge; - Advanced SAP PS Module and/or CO Module as user - SAP Project deployment experience in any PS or FI-CO module - Business knowledge - Project follow up and reporting - Finance and Logistics understanding.
